Dan's efforts to support all employees in ABS make a huge difference each and every day. His detailed analysis of PDs, SOC codes, and compensation analysis directly enabled many departments to adjust and fairly compensate their teams. In addition, his diligent support and 'gentle reminders' made sure ABS was 100% complete with staff evaluations on time, 1 of only 5 units university wide to be complete on time. Dan makes our jobs easier each day and supports us as we care for our teams.
