Staying in contact and communicating frequently with stakeholders and partners is essential. Responding to questions or needs and addressing any concerns in a timely manner is also important. Listening to stakeholders and partners needs and responding accordingly builds trust and rapport over time.
How do you maintain a work-life balance?
My work-life balance is different from many, as I work remotely from home. I am able to maintain a good work-life balance. I prioritize my work time during the day and ensure I take breaks during the day, including walking my two dogs at lunchtime. Taking time off to spend with family and friends is important.
