What advice would you give to someone aspiring to a managerial role?

My advice for someone aspiring to a managerial role would be to listen and learn. Listen to the advice/ feedback from current and past management, employees and team members. You will not have all the answers, but remember the answer is only a phone call away. Teach your knowledge to your employees / team members and trust your team.

How do you measure success in your position?

I measure success by setting and achieving specific goals such as leadership abilities, effective communication skills along with continuous learning and skill enhancements.

How do you build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners?

By gaining the trust of the stakeholders. Communicating regularly and addressing concerns without delay. Be an active listener to understand their perspective needs better.

How do you maintain a work-life balance?

Work-life balance can be tricky. With my current position, I am on call after hours. I try to keep work at the office. I enjoy taking 2–3-day weekend trips regularly. Having friends and family over on weekends. Spending time with our granddaughter (Brooklynn).
