December Spotlight

How long have you served in your current role? 

I have been in my current position, with some minor changes and tweaks, since March 2020. Prior to that, I served on campus with Parking Services, Fleet Services, and The Office of the President.

What is the favorite part of your job? 

I really enjoy running the Hokie Bike Hub and getting to come to work and hanging out with my student interns and helping them grow as people and teach others.

What is your hometown? 

Originally from Annandale, Virginia, I have lived in the New River Valley for more than 20 years, with Christiansburg being my home since 2008.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? 

Everywhere. Just not all at once. My Lottery dream trip would be a complete world tour.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? 

Time Travel.  That would lead to sooo many things, and maybe pet a dinosaur or two.
