February Spotlight

How long have you served in your current role? 

I’ve been in parking services since November 2022 and moved into my current position in July 2023.

What is the favorite part of your job? 

My favorite part of this position is interacting with everyone who comes into our office. Virginia Tech has such a diverse group of students and staff members, and getting to interact with all groups and see different perspectives has helped me grow as a member of the university.

What is your hometown? 

State College, Pennsylvania

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? 

I want to visit Hokkaido, Japan. Hokkaido has some of the best ski resorts in the world, and I would love to get to snowboard there one day. 

If you could have any superpower, what would it be? 

I would love to have telekinesis. I drop things pretty frequently, so not having to reach down to pick stuff up would be great.
