Lynsay Belshe
Vice President for Auxiliary and Business Services
Belshe provides oversight for the university’s Hokie Passport program, Mail Services, Air Transportation Services, Fleet Services, Sustainable Transportation, Parking Services, and working with third-party providers that manage operations of The Inn at Virginia Tech. Central to her efforts are fostering strong partnerships and collaboration with university leaders; university community members; and local, state, and government officials associated with compliance, transportation, and infrastructure.
Belshe earned a master’s degree in organizational sciences from George Washington University and holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies from the University of Richmond. Prior to Virginia Tech, she served as senior associate vice president of operations at Syracuse University, where she lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives within the Division of Business, Finance, and Administrative Services. Prior to Syracuse University, Belshe served at George Washington University for 12 years in senior administrative positions. Previously, she was a leader in management consulting specializing in business transformation.
